Subprocessors
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Bineric AS uses the companies below to provide its services. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms at least as strict as our Data Processing Agreement. We give 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.
Zuse and the decision API
A Zuse request is handled entirely on servers in Sweden. The document and questions are processed in memory to produce the answer, then discarded: they are not stored, not written to logs, and not used to train any model.
| Subprocessor | What it does for us | Data involved | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting of the Bineric API, the Zuse models, the database and backups | Request content (processed in memory, not stored), account and usage data | Sweden (Stockholm) |
Other Bineric services
Our chat products and the rest of the Bineric API use these as well. Where a model or tool runs outside the EEA, your request goes there only when you choose that model or tool, and the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
| Subprocessor | What it does for us | Data involved | Where |

Changes to this list
We update this page and notify customers who have accepted our Data Processing Agreement by email at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing their personal data. A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period; if we cannot address the objection, the customer may end the affected service.
